Before joining Hotel Celare, Justin served as Executive Chef at Chesapeake Hospitality in Savannah, Georgia. A 2011 graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, he has received multiple accolades throughout his career, including Hilton's Most Improved Food and Beverage Award (2013) for his work at the Savannah DeSoto and recognition for excellence in event dining (2014) at the Dallas/Fort Worth Marriott North, which earned the #2 ranking in Event Food Quality. In 2017, his contributions to the Westin Milwaukee helped the property earn Starwood’s Best Hotel Opening Award.

With a deep appreciation for bold flavors, seasonality, and innovative techniques, Justin leads the culinary vision at Hotel Celare, overseeing The Vick, a rooftop bar offering playful bites and handcrafted cocktails, and Iris Café, a vibrant all-day dining destination that transitions into an intimate bar by night. His passion for hospitality, combined with his dedication to quality and creativity, ensures an elevated and memorable experience for every guest.
